At the end, Lily ends up staying with Atlas in his, very nice, home. He shows Lily care and compassion, and it's obvious after all those years, that they both have feelings for each other. So, Atlas takes care of Lily while she's pregnant and while Ryle is away. Lily ends up having the child. Ryle still attempted to be apart of Lily's life and begged her to just give him one more chance, but after Lily has her baby, she decides that divorcing him would be the best option for all three of them. It was a very hard decision that Lily ended up really having to think about for awhile. She even called in her mother and explained the whole situation to her, letting her know exactly how she was feeling. Atlas ends up coming back for Lily, and in the end they finally end up together. If I could write another edition to this story, I would definitely write how things progress later on in Lily's life. I understand she got the happy ending in this book, but I really want to see how Lily still continues to heal from that event. The relationship that she was in couldn't just be cured in a few days or even a year. If I could write that sequel, I would write about the long lasting effects this story had on everybody. Alyssa, (Ryle's sister), Ryle himself, Lily and Atlas, and of course, the child. It would focus less on romance and more about Lily and how she helped herself fight through the hard times, rather than just some guy magically healing how she felt. The ending the actually book gave was good enough, and I kind of liked the way it ended, even if there were some things that could've changed. I am now going to comment on Bre and Simon C's posts

So, a lot has happened since the last update. Alyssa, Ryle's sister, got pregnant and finally had the baby. Unfortunately, Ryle ended up hitting Lily more than once, and Lily is now questioning her relationship with him. Although, she can't leave him very easily because it turns out she's now pregnant with his baby, even though she doesn't want to be. They also ended up getting married before he hit her more than once, so it'll be hard to legally leave him as well.
Basically, if I was in this book right now, I would do my best to really be friends with Lily and Alyssa. I think it was a lot harder to tell Alyssa about the way that her brother was treating her, so maybe if she had another friend outside the family, she might be able to reach out to me instead. I honestly think both Alyssa and Lily would need someone else to talk to, because they both really only have their husbands and each other. I don't think that I would even like Ryle or be friends with him because he genuinely annoys me. The things he says are really cocky, and he thinks of himself as some ethereal being basically. He says he loves Lily, but if he really truly did, instead of apologizing, he would tell her to leave him. I will now comment on Bre and Simon's blogs A lot has happened in this part of the book. Ryle and Lily's relationship is slowly becoming more serious in the present, and Lily opens a floral shop which basically makes all of her dreams come true. She's becoming successful, making friends, everything seems to be going pretty well for her. Except, one day while she'd going out to dinner with Ryle, she sees Atlas, the homeless boy she'd fallen in love with in the past.
In the 'past' chapters of the book, Lily is forming a romantic relationship with the homeless boy next door, Atlas. They were friends first, but as Lily constantly took care of him, it slowly began to turn into something more. Although, Atlas ended up being taken into custody by his uncle, which caused him to have to leave Lily heartbroken. In the present, Lily has also made really close friends with Ryle's sister, Alyssa. Alyssa is a really sweet and funny character, who is always looking out for Lily in the best possible way. Another relationship is Lily and Ryle. In the past, Ryle had never really done relationships. He was more of a 'one night stand' kind of guy. When Lily says she won't do that, he instantly changes his mind, wanting to do whatever he can to make Lily his. Some things i've noticed with that relationship is that I don't really like it. I much preferred her with Atlas. I don't really have a good feeling about how this is going to go. I think the most important relationship in this book though is going to be the friendship between Alyssa and Lily. I think actual friendships are a lot more important than romantic relationships. Friends should always come first. I am now going to comment on Bre and Simon C's blogs.
